This time Jim and Rich enjoy a little bit of off-season prediction by coming up with their top-10 lists of up and comers in the Moto2 and Moto3 classes. These are the riders they feel have marked themselves out as possibilities (or in some cases nailed on certainties) for MotoGP action in the seasons to come.
